Doctors
If you mixed a doctor and a cowboy, you would get Dr. Riddle. His standard attire usually includes scrubs and cowboy boots. Since 1998, this cowboy has been caring for thousands of patients in Utah County. Dr. Riddle received his medical degree from the University of Utah and completed an ENT residency at Oregon Health Sciences University. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery as well as the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.
Dr. Beus attended medical school at Saint Louis University and then completed an otolaryngology residency at Penn State. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery. Dr. Beus enjoys flying, hiking, BYU sports, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Shipley received his medical degree from Saint Louis University and completed an ENT residency at Ohio State University. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, and is also a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. An avid hiker, you’re likely to bump into Dr. Shipley somewhere along Utah County’s many hiking trails.
Dr. Darley attended medical school at George Washington University and then completed an ENT residency at State University of New York, Upstate. Additionally, he completed a fellowship in Otology/Neurotology at the Silverstein Institute in Sarasota, Florida. Being Utah County’s only fellowship-trained otologist, Dr. Darley brings specialized training and experience to treating ear, hearing, and balance disorders for both adult and pediatric patients. Dr. Darley is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, and is a member of the American Neurotology Society and the American Cochlear Implant Alliance. Born in Utah, Dr. Darley is an avid outdoorsman. You can frequently find him, his wife, and four kids in the mountains skiing, camping, kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, and fishing.
Dr. Schramm brings specialized training and experience to Utah County’s growing population of children and adolescents. He provides treatment for all ear, nose, and throat issues, from tonsils and ear infections to advanced issues like cochlear implants and congenital neck masses. Dr. Schramm attended medical school at the University of Rochester, completed an ENT residency at the University of Nebraska, and then finished a fellowship in Pediatric Otolaryngology at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and American Society of Pediatric Otolaryngology.

Dr. Anderson is a native of Utah County and is excited to serve the community in which he was raised. His practice is focused on patient-directed care, and he treats every patient as if they were family. Dr. Anderson attended medical school at West Virginia University and completed an Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. His work encompasses the full spectrum of ear, nose and throat disorders including the treatment of tonsils, adenoids, allergies, sinuses, facial fractures, thyroid disorders, and head and neck cancer. Dr. Anderson has been exceptionally trained in the most up-to-date techniques and treatments for head and neck cancers of the skin, oral cavity, thyroid, voice box, salivary glands, and lymph nodes. He speaks Russian, plays the piano, enjoys international travel, and spending time in the great outdoors with his wife and 5 children.
Dr. Ryan earned a medical degree at Boston University School of Medicine. She completed her Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery residency at Duke University and then joined its faculty while concurrently completing an MPH at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is board certified in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery with additional certification in Complex Pediatric Otolaryngology, which represents her experience working collaboratively on interdisciplinary teams to treat complicated otolaryngologic disorders and care for medically complex children. She completed a Laryngology fellowship at the Emory Voice Center treating the full spectrum of voice, airway, and swallowing disorders. Additionally, she completed a Pediatric Otolaryngology fellowship at Johns Hopkins University and remained on faculty for several years as an Assistant Professor. Dr. Ryan uses state-of-the-art equipment and techniques in her practice, which focuses on diagnosing and treating neck, voice, airway, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.
Although a farmer at heart, Dr. Thomas has dedicated his career to helping others with ear and hearing conditions. Dr. Thomas received a bachelor’s degree in communicative disorders from Utah State University, a master’s degree in communicative disorders from Brigham Young University, a master’s degree in speech-language pathology from Utah State University, and finally a Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Florida. He is a certified member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and a fellow of the American
Dr. Dansie received a B.S. degree in audiology and speech-language pathology (communicative disorders) from Brigham Young University in 2006 and obtained a Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) degree at Utah State University in 2010. He is a certified member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association, the American Cochlear Implant Alliance, and a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. He earned a graduate degree emphasis in pediatrics and auditory learning and spoken language development. Dr. Dansie has specialized experience in cochlear implant evaluations and programming for pediatrics and adults.
In addition to his experience with general audiological evaluations and hearing aids, he has extensive experience in diagnosis and treatment solutions for pediatric hearing loss. He holds the Pediatric Audiology Specialty Certification (PASC) from the American Board of Audiology. He specializes in single-sided deafness hearing solutions and implantable hearing devices.
Dr. Dansie is the first audiologist in Utah to receive the Cochlear Implant Specialty Certification from the American Board of Audiology, a designation that fewer than 60 out of the 13,000 audiologists have obtained nationwide.
Dr. Worthington received a degree in audiology/speech language pathology from Brigham Young University and then obtained a Doctor of Audiology degree at Utah State University. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Prior to joining Peak ENT, Dr. Worthington worked at the nationally acclaimed Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota where his responsibilities included the assessment of vestibular and balance disorders.
Dr. Forsey received a degree in communicative disorders from Brigham Young University and then obtained a Doctor of Audiology degree at Idaho State University. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Forsey assesses hearing, performs diagnostic audiology and vestibular testing, and fits hearing aids on patients of all ages.
Dr. Cordingley completed her degree in communicative disorders and deaf education at Utah State University. She also received a Doctor of Audiology degree at Utah State University. Dr. Cordingley is a certified member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association, a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, and a member of the AG Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. Dr. Cordingley has detailed and specialized experience working with children. She holds the Pediatric Audiology Specialty Certification (PASC) from the American Board of Audiology. Currently at the Peak ENT and previously at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Missouri, Dr. Cordingley performs audiologic diagnostics, hearing aid fittings, auditory brainstem response testing (ABR), and cochlear implant programming.
Dr. Bown received a bachelor’s degree in communicative disorders and a doctorate degree in audiology at Utah State University. She is a certified member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and holds the Pediatric Audiology Specialty Certification (PASC) from the American Board of Audiology. Dr. Bown has specialized experience working with children and adults and performing audiologic diagnostics, hearing aid fittings, auditory brainstem response testing (ABR), and cochlear implant programming.

Jen graduated from the University of Utah with a Doctorate Degree in Nursing. She is also certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Jen works with Dr. Shipley at Peak ENT and Dr. Darley at the Hearing & Balance Institute. Prior to joining the practice, Jen worked at Intermountain hospitals in same day surgery and post-operative care.
Kim has over 20 years of experience and knowledge in diagnostic techniques and treatment strategies of voice and swallowing disorders. She received a bachelor’s degree in Communication Science from the University of Central Florida and then obtained a Master’s degree in Communication Disorders from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota. She is a certified member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. In addition to voice and swallowing evaluations and therapy, Kim performs diagnostic modified barium swallow studies in conjunction with our radiology technicians.
Matthew K. Frank, MS, CCC-SLP has over a decade of experience treating dysphonia (voice difficulty), dysarthria (neurological speech problems), and dysphagia (swallowing issues). He is certified in Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT®), a therapy typically used to improve the Parkinson’s disease voice. He has an ongoing interest in using education to refine his clinical skills for the benefit of his patients and has been fortunate to receive excellent training from some of the best medical institutions in the country, including here in Utah. He is the inventor of and primary researcher for Progressive Masked Voice Exercises (PMVE™), a trademark- and patent-pending treatment for dysphonia. Matthew has guided talented clinicians through the rigors of the Clinical Fellowship required by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). He has also supervised many outstanding graduate clinicians through externships in order to prepare them for effective clinical work. Based upon his experience mentoring others and his ongoing commitment to providing patients with dignity-focused care, he has written a book for clinicians entitled Pursuing Mastery: The New Medical Speech-Language Pathologist’s Handbook For Providing Values-Driven Care, Achieving Confidence In The Clinic, And Demonstrating Unquestionable Professional Worth. Matthew joined Peak ENT Associates in January of 2023 and gladly accepts new patients.
